I have a passion for helping women of color improve their mental health and overall wellbeing through therapy. I find a lot of purpose in helping end the stigma of mental health struggles, eating disorder and body image issues.

Helping Millennial Women & College Students Get Help for Anxiety and Depression
1 in 4 college students struggle with a mental health diagnosis. And many report that the #1 barrier to achieving their peak academic performance is their anxiety and/or depression. Many are too scared, too busy, too stressed to look for help. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
