Are you struggling with anxiety, depression or poor body image?
I help young women overcome anxiety that is holding them back from living their most fulfilled life.
If you struggle with perfectionism, high achiever anxiety, OCD, depression, racial trauma and discrimination or poor body image I’m here to help.
I have a passion for helping women of color improve their mental health and overall wellbeing through therapy. I find a lot of purpose in helping end the stigma of mental health struggles, eating disorder and body image issues.
It’s not always easy being a young female in today’s world. There’s a lot of struggles millennial women are facing in their day to day life and I’m here to help you uncover why you’ve been feeling anxious or depressed along with techniques to learn to help you overcome these symptoms so they don’t hold you back from achieving what you’re meant to achieve in your life.
You don’t have to fight this alone anymore, I’m here to help.
Helping Millennial Women & College Students Get Help for Anxiety and Depression
1 in 4 college students struggle with a mental health diagnosis. And many report that the #1 barrier to achieving their peak academic performance is their anxiety and/or depression. Many are too scared, too busy, too stressed to look for help. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Social anxiety, test taking anxiety and anticipatory anxiety are all common anxieties college students face. You don’t have to struggle silently during your college years, there is help to alleviate the stress you’re experiencing.
